These terms apply when you use thecamdexlab.com and watch or share The Camdex Lab’s videos and research briefs. The site is run by The Camdex Lab Organisation (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. What we offer
The Camdex Lab publishes videos and research briefs that explain public data about Cambodia. The site is free to use and does not require an account.
2. For learning only
Our content is for general information and learning. It is not financial, investment, legal, medical or other professional advice. We work hard to use reliable sources and show them for every number, but data can be revised and sources can differ. Please check the original sources and get professional advice before making decisions.
3. Accuracy and corrections
We correct mistakes when we find them and list the change publicly. If you spot an error, email info@thecamdexlab.com. We cannot promise that every figure is complete, current or free of error.
4. Using our content
Videos, briefs, charts, covers, the Camdex Lab name and logo belong to The Camdex Lab Organisation unless stated otherwise. You may:

- share links to our pages and videos;
- quote short parts, including single charts or figures, with clear credit to “The Camdex Lab” and a link to the original.
Please do not re-upload our videos, copy whole briefs, remove our credits, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission. For other uses, email info@thecamdexlab.com.
Data and quotes from other organisations remain the property of those organisations and are shown with their source.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, for example by trying to break into it, overloading it, scraping it at a scale that affects other visitors, or using it to break any law.
6. Social channels and other sites
Our videos also appear on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, and the site links to other websites and data sources. Those platforms and sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
7. Changes and availability
We may change, pause or remove parts of the site or our content at any time. We may also update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
8. Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, The Camdex Lab Organisation is not liable for any loss that results from using the site or relying on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
